Processing
Most items will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. For expedited orders please allow up to 1 business day to process. Also note:
You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment.
Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can not alter the shipping or billing address. If you notice an error please contact us immediately.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at bleuhanger@gmail.com or call 404.254.1256 immediately. We cannot cancel orders once they have shipped.
Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY: We are pleased to offer UPS Ground for all orders shipping to locations within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on distance, please complete checkout to see shipping cost. While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your Bleu Hanger order within 3-5 days.
If expedited shipping is needed, we also offer UPS Next Day Air, cost is estimated at checkout. All expedited orders must be received by 10AM EST to ship that day. If received after 10AM, order will ship the following business day.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if your order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return.
Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.
If your package was marked as delivered by the shipping provider but you have not received your package, you must contact the shipping provider for further action.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to COVID-19 to ensure quality heath and for the safety of our customers we will no longer allow returns or exchanges.
